🔧 Troubleshooting Steps

1. Open the lid and redistribute the load manually — pull bunched items apart
   ✓ Expected: Even distribution of clothes in the drum
2. Check the drum for foreign objects (coins, buttons, small socks) that can cause imbalance
   ✓ Expected: No foreign objects visible
3. Verify the washer is level — place a level on top and adjust the leveling feet (front left, front right) until bubble is centered
   ✓ Expected: Washer sits level on all four feet
4. Check the anti-vibration damper (spring) on the drum — it should be intact and not broken
   ✓ Expected: Spring intact, no cracks
5. Press PAUSE, then START to resume the cycle. If UE recurs on every spin, the drive motor or suspension rods may be faulty
   ✓ Expected: Spin cycle completes without UE
6. If UE persists after redistribution and leveling, check the suspension rod assembly (4 rods, top of tub). Worn or broken rods cause excessive vibration
   ✓ Expected: All 4 rods intact, move freely
7. For digital inverter motors (WF45T, WF46T, WF47T series): check the motor coupling. A worn coupling causes the motor to not reach spin speed
   ✓ Expected: Coupling not cracked or separated from motor shaft
