🔧 Troubleshooting Steps

1. Open the door and redistribute the load. Pull one corner of the bunched fabric to the opposite side
   ✓ Expected: Even distribution
2. Check that the washer is level. LG front-loaders are sensitive to level — even a 5° tilt causes imbalance at spin speed
   ✓ Expected: Level on all four feet
3. Check the counterweight (the heavy ring around the drum). It should be firmly attached. A loose or cracked counterweight causes violent vibration
   ✓ Expected: Counterweight secure, no cracks
4. For LG Direct Drive washers: the motor coupling (between motor and tub) is a known failure point. If the tub moves but the motor spins, the coupling is worn
   ✓ Expected: Coupling intact, transfers motion
