🔧 Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check spray arms — remove and inspect all holes for clogs. Use toothpick or pin to clear. Spin by hand — should turn freely
   ✓ Expected: All holes clear, arms spin freely
2. Clean filter — remove food debris from filter at bottom of tub. Rinse under running water
   ✓ Expected: Filter clean
3. Check detergent — use dishwasher detergent (NOT dish soap). Verify pods/tablets haven't expired or gotten wet
   ✓ Expected: Fresh detergent, correct type
4. Check water temperature — should be 120°F minimum. Cold water won't activate detergent enzymes
   ✓ Expected: 120°F+
5. Check pump/impeller — if spray arms spin weakly, pump may be worn. Listen for strong water pressure during wash
   ✓ Expected: Strong spray pressure
6. Check loading — dishes should not block spray arms from rotating. Bottom rack should face the spray arm
   ✓ Expected: Proper loading
